Radin Electric

I cannot say enough positive things about Tom at Radin electric! We just moved into our home and several outlets weren’t working. Our washer wasn’t working because of it and I was overwhelmed. I called Tom who was on another job. He asked for me to send photos in an explanation of what happened and he would still try to help me. I apparently sent photos to the wrong number and he actually called me after his job was complete to follow up. I resent the photos, and he spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me to help me resolve my issue. He walked me through several options and was patient, kind, and so very informative. He did this from the parking lot of a hardware store in case he had to buy anything there and come to my house to repairs. We were able to fix everything on the phone, and it is not exaggerating to say he restored my faith in humanity. Tom and Radin Electric are knowledgeable, thorough, and truly care about helping their clients in whatever way is needed. I won’t ever be using anyone else for any electric needs.

Tom was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous. He pointed out several items in the house that another electrician did wrong and how it should be installed by codes. He will be my guy to call on to future electrical work that needs done. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Radin Electric. I had an issue with my doorbell that required an electrician to get involved. From the time Radin Electric started the job through the finish, they provided resources that I didn't know about, finished the job correctly and timely, and their customer service was top notch! If you're looking for a reasonable priced electrician that will treat you fairly and is hospitable, you've found the right company here.

I had a great experience with Mr. Radin. He showed up on time, quickly figured out what was causing the problem with my outlet, and fixed it without any hassle. He explained everything clearly and even gave me helpful advice for future electrical work around my home. He was professional, courteous, and very thorough with his work. It’s not always easy to find someone dependable, but I definitely felt confident in the quality of the job he did. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done. 👍🔌

Really great experience working with Tom. He tracked down the doorbell transformer (which was not easy to find!) and explained what he was doing along the way. Once he located it, he even help installed a new doorbell to test everything and made sure it was all working properly. He was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knows his stuff. The work was done efficiently and neatly. I’d definitely call him again and would recommend him to anyone who needs electrical help.
